Broccoli Salad with Bacon and Cranberries

A delicious and healthy broccoli salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups of finely chopped broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 6 strips of cooked and chopped bacon
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds

Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water to thin dressing as needed

Instructions
 

  • Place all “Salad” ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine the “Dressing” ingredients into a small mixing bowl and add water if it needs to be thinned.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and mix well, then serve.
