Broccoli Salad with Bacon and Cranberries
A delicious and healthy broccoli salad.

- 6 cups of finely chopped broccoli florets
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 6 strips of cooked and chopped bacon
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup shredded white cheddar
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp water to thin dressing as needed
Place all “Salad” ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Combine the “Dressing” ingredients into a small mixing bowl and add water if it needs to be thinned.
Pour dressing over the salad and mix well, then serve.
