Herb Aioli

A delicious spread or dip that is easy to prepare.

  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • ¼ cup finely minced fresh herbs such as tarragon, basil, parsley or cilantro
  • 1 pinch kosher salt.


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Use as a spread, dip, or a sauce.
