Energy Bites with M&M's
Healthy energy bites make a great snack.

- 2.5 cups old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini M&Ms or mini chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, use a large spoon to mix together all ingredients until fully combined.
Using your hands, roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate (TIP: Using gloves or spraying your hands with cooking spray helps with stickiness).
