Energy Bites with M&M's

Healthy energy bites make a great snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini M&Ms or mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, use a large spoon to mix together all ingredients until fully combined.
  • Using your hands, roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate (TIP: Using gloves or spraying your hands with cooking spray helps with stickiness).
