Garlic and Herb Quinoa
Quinoa with garlic and herb makes a delicious and healthy side-dish

Cook Time 15 mins
- 1 cup quinoa unprepared
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Rinse quinoa well with cold water. In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for approximately 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
