Parmesan Herb Buttered Noodles
A great side-dish to go with all different types of meat.
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Handful of chopped herbs like parsley or chives
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. Immediately add butter, parmesan, olive oil, and black pepper. Cover the pan for 1 minute. Use tongs to toss around until the butter has melted. Stir in fresh herbs and serve.
