Easy Pecan Balls
Pecan balls are perfect for make for the holidays.

- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans crushed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 275 degrees Lightly grease a large baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add softened butter, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Fold in crushed pecans.
Take a handful of the dough into your hand and slowly knead, until it sticks together. Form 1-inch balls by rounding it out in your palms by slowly and lightly rolling it. Place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool, then roll lightly in the powdered sugar.
