Easy Pecan Balls

Pecan Balls are one of our family favorites for the Holidays. They are just like shortbread cookies, but extra crunchy with all of the pecans. Some people prefer to drizzle or dip the balls in chocolate, but I prefer a more traditional style by rolling them in powdered sugar. They are super easy and quick to throw together. The dough can be crumbly, so working it in your hands is essential. You may want to wear a pair of gloves or wet your hands when working the dough and forming the balls, so it doesn’t stick to your hands. This recipe makes approximately a dozen Pecan Balls and they can be served warm or cold (either way is delicious). From the Monster Foodies to you—love what you eat and enjoy!
