Have you ever wondered what is the best coleslaw for pulled pork? If so, you have come to the right place as I have the best ever coleslaw to go with pulled pork or to serve on sandwiches. Coleslaw is simple enough to prepare and you can make it even easier by purchasing pre-chopped cabbage and carrot mix but it is even better if you chop the cabbage and carrots yourself. A lot of the flavor in the dressing for this recipe comes from Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and vinegar. I always like to add a little bit of celery seed for extra flavor. This will make about 8 servings and is great to serve as a side-dish as well. You just can’t have pulled pork without the perfect coleslaw to go along with it.
