Herb Aioli
A delicious spread or dip that is easy to prepare.

- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- ¼ cup finely minced fresh herbs such as tarragon, basil, parsley or cilantro
- 1 pinch kosher salt.
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
Use as a spread, dip, or a sauce.
