Herb aioli can be used for a variety of different dishes such as a sauce for fish, burgers, or even wraps. I like to use it as a spread for burgers or wraps but it would be great on sandwiches or could even be used as a dipping sauce. This is a very simple recipe to make and only consists of a few ingredients. You can use whatever type of fresh herbs you want such as tarragon, basil, parsley, or cilantro. You can use all of them or any in combination. One of my favorite combinations is tarragon, basil, and parsley. Simply add these herbs in with some mayonnaise and garlic and this aioli is ready to use.
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- ¼ cup finely minced fresh herbs such as tarragon, basil, parsley or cilantro
- 1 pinch kosher salt.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Use as a spread, dip, or a sauce.
