Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Casserole without Bread
A breakfast bake with ham and eggs and no bread!
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked ham diced
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour half of the mixture into a creased 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ham and cheese over the egg layer and then pour the rest of the egg mixture on top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
