If you want to make cheddar cheese curds like your favorite restaurant such as Buffalo Wild Wings or Dairy Queen it is very easy to do. You can use either white or yellow cheese curds. There are a couple of different types of cheese curds that I have had, battered and breaded. These cheese curds are the breaded kind. The cheese curds are coated in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs and then fried to perfection. For dipping sauces you will probably want to use either marinara or ranch.
