Using coconut flour for chicken tenders is a healthier alternative than all-purpose flour. If you are looking for a grain-free chicken tenders recipe this is perfect for you. In this recipe the chicken strips are first dipped in egg and then coated in a coconut flour and parmesan cheese mixture. I like to deep-fry these in coconut oil for a nice crunch but you could bake them as well. You can serve these chicken tenders with a variety of different sauces but I like honey mustard.
