Culver’s Cheese Curds Recipe

Culver's Cheese Curds

If you have never tried the cheese curds from Culver’s, you are really missing out! Luckily for you, here is a delicious copycat recipe for the cheese curds from culver’s restaurant. These cheese curds are breaded and fried until nice and crispy. You can either use yellow or white cheese curds or a combination of both. This type of cheese curds do not use a batter like a lot of cheese curd recipes call for, instead they are rolled in breadcrumbs. The cheese curds are rolled in flour, then dipped in an egg mixture and then rolled in breadcrumbs before frying. The type of oil that you use is up to you but canola oil is a good choice. You can serve these fried cheese curds with marinara or ranch.
