- 4 small flour tortillas fajita size
Instructions
- Place a tortilla onto a microwave save plate or paper toweling. Top the tortilla evenly with shredded Mexican cheese blend. Microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese has completely melted.
- Remove from the microwave and allow to cool slightly. Roll up into a cylinder shape.
