We are currently obsessed with Energy Bites, as they are super quick and easy to make, and we usually have all the ingredients on-hand. This recipe takes me under 10 minutes to whip up and there are minimal dishes to do afterwards. Our toddler also loves them (score!), but we would like to note that since they do contain honey, it is not recommended that children under the age of 1 year consume them. This recipe is full of peanut butter flavor and the M&Ms or chocolate chips add a little contrast in texture and are a nice surprise when eating them. They are a great option for a healthier dessert or just a quick snack. From the Monster Foodies to you—love what you eat and enjoy!
